The challenge of learning to let go, accept, be with and surrender never ends.
That’s the work.

I’ve dedicated the past 15 years of my life (since 2004) to becoming a facilitator of healing through my own personal inner work, trainings, client work (nearly 10,000 hours), deep listening, community, reading, adventuring, etc. Below is a peek into the trainings that I’ve immersed myself. I’m grateful to every teacher on the path. Each training was about my personal healing process and deepening my skills in creating and holding space for others. Every bodywork training, seminar or session related to psychotherapy or various yogic practices were about so much more than technique or content; they ultimately teach to meet ourselves where we are with empathy and compassion, without force, without striving. The foundation of the teachings were in presence, connection, love and belonging which allows me to take a truly holistic view of client health and wellness by listening to and engaging with all of your unique-ness—body, mind and spirit. Through these trainings and experiences, I’ve developed an embodied and relational approach to supporting you in increasing your personal version of aliveness through uncovering the options, choices and multiple possibilities in this experiment of life that are available to you but often dormant, unseen or forgotten.

“Breathing in, I calm body and mind. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment.”
— Thich Nhat Hanh

The physical space aspect of my offerings has been a life long interest. Not until now, have I given it the attention it deserves. The truth is that I was too scared to put myself out there. Critical comparison of myself to others was suffocating this creative part of me. Not enough money, not good enough, don’t have the time, why would someone want to work with me—all those pesky voices got loud and kept me quiet. That was until 2018 when I collaborated on Campero House, a short-term vacation rental and design-on-dime project in gorgeous Joshua Tree. This project ignited my love of creating space even in facing the challenge of a next-to-no budget. It was as if I forgot that I created a San Francisco wellness studio (The Blue Buddha) and my former psychotherapy office, did a year as an Interior Design/Architecture student during my Undergraduate adventures in Philadelphia and created many events from concert series and client appreciation gatherings to fashion shows and retreats. In an attempt to honor my gifts and purpose, I honed in on this creativity and decided to take a leap. Integral Spaces is my offering of space styling and space consultation based on my pesonal experience of being highly impacted by the spaces that I inhabit.
