Exploring our Relationship to Work & Career
I hold bodywork as not only a therapeutic manipulation of our physical bodies but also as a mindfulness/awareness practice. An opportunity to explore obstacles that hold us back physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually (all our parts). Understanding that we have options (and then exploring those options) in how we experience moving through life can be deeply transformative. Sometimes we just need a facilitator. Let’s collaborate.
