Payment

All payments are processed securely online via invoicing. You’ll receive the invoice directly to your email so you can enter your preferred form payment.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED.
A late fee is incurred after the initial 24 hours and every following 24 hours that you have not rendered payment.
All late payments are sent to collections after 3 full days (72 hours) days (7 days a week).

Insurance

Not currently in a network. While I am not able to bill your insurance company directly I can provide an itemized "superbill" (invoice) so that you may submit for reimbursement. Confirm with your providers in advance i f my services are eligible for coverage.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice (All Bodywork), 48-hour Notice (Coaching)
Therapeutic Bodywork: My practice is built on appointment scheduling, therefore it's crucial that you communicate any scheduling adjustments you might need. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24-hours prior the scheduled start time, the full cost of the session is due at your next appointment. Please honor the time of all appointment based service providers. Bodywork clients will receive an invoice via email to be paid upon receipt for the cancelled session. Gift certificates are forfeited for no-show or cancellations without the 24-hour notice. Clients that arrive 15-minutes late are considered no-shows and will find the studio door locked. An invoice for the no-show will be emailed to you.

Essential Coaching: Same as above but 48-hours notice and session is forfeited since payments are installments (in other words, you lose the session but still pay for it).

Non-Dual relationship

Creating supportive boundaries. I do not maintain personal relationships with my bodywork or coaching clients. This is in order to best serve your therapeutic needs and create healthy boundaries.
